Online Initial Consultation - Adult

Service Description

An Initial consultations will run for 50mins with 10mins post consult notes. During this period, you will be given the opportunity to discuss your presenting health complaint in detail followed by a number of questions regarding your health complaint, any symptoms experienced, and the timeline of progress. We will then cover off a number of body systems - digestive health, immune, nervous system, reproductive, endocrine (hormones) etc. as this will assist us to understand your overall health and also determine the underlying factors to your presenting health complaint. Your medical history and family medical history will also be reviewed in addition to lifestyle and dietary factors so we can individualise your treatment plan. If relevant to your presenting health complaint, some physical examinations may be completed including: a blood pressure reading, pulse reading, iridology (examination of the iris) tongue analysis, nail analysis, and/or digestive examination. All examinations will be discussed with you in full detail before undertaking. At the end of the consultation, you will be provided with dietary/lifestyle recommendations and if required nutritional supplementation or herbal medicine. A comprehensive outline of your treatment plan will be presented to you at your follow up consultation including but not limited to subsequent handouts, recipes, weekly dietary plans, individualised health coaching programs etc. Additional appointment times may be available upon request.
